How do I adjust it for my sleep position?

Unzip and add or remove Dream-Foam to change the firmness and height. We recommend more foam for side sleepers and less foam for back sleepers. Each pillow comes with an extra 7 oz of fill.

Will it help with neck and back pain?

Because the fill is adjustable, you can customize it to your sleeping position to promote proper spinal alignment, which supports your neck and back.

Does it work for side, back and stomach sleepers?

Yes. It's designed to support all sleeping positions.

How do I clean it?

The cover is removable, washable and dryer-friendly, so you don't need a separate pillowcase. The memory foam shouldn't be washed but can be spot-cleaned.

Does it sleep hot?

DozyBoy uses cooling fabric technology that helps regulate temperature through the night.

Will it flatten over time?
